It started with a mom, two girls,
and a big idea.
Project Lemonade Girls (PLG) is a brand-new family project. It was created by a mother for her daughters as a real-world way to learn how a business works — from the first sketch to the first sale.
We are not open yet, and that is the point. The girls get to be part of every step: choosing the name, picking the brand colors, testing recipes at the kitchen counter, and learning what it actually takes to serve someone a great cup of lemonade.
Mom handles the grown-up parts — permits, planning, and safety. The girls handle the business: the menu, the look, the service, and the money decisions that come with running something of their own.
Everything you see here is a work in progress, shared honestly as it happens. We are building toward a Summer 2027 launch, and we would love for you to follow along.
